Delete account: Email support and we'll permanently delete your profile and associated data within 30 days.

What we collect at sign-up
Account info: first name, last name, and email address.
What we collect when you register for a league or tournament
Date of birth: collected only when you register for a paid league or tournament, and used solely to verify you are 18 or older for events that require it.
Phone number: collected only when you register for a paid league or tournament, and used solely to send you schedule changes, weather/cancellation alerts, and tournament-day updates for the specific event you registered for.
What we collect from app activity
Team info: team name, roster, manager identity.
Game data: scores, statistics, league and tournament participation.
Payments: we use Stripe to process league and tournament registration fees. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles that directly. We store your payment status (succeeded / pending / refunded) tied to your team.
How we use it
To run your account, team, league, and tournament participation.
To verify you meet the 18+ age requirement at the time of paid event registration.
To process registration payments via Stripe.
To contact you about events you're registered for, including schedule changes and cancellations.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data.
We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.
We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to running the app.
Where data is stored
Your data is stored in Supabase (a hosted PostgreSQL database). Payment information is held by Stripe. Both providers are PCI- and SOC 2-compliant.
Your rights
You can request to view, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@nationaldartball.com. We'll fulfill the request within 30 days.
Children
The app is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
